My soulful thought for today writes about perspiration. When we run, do our workout, we perspire and the skin get cleansed. How the Soul and spirit is going to perspire? It is simply actively living in harmony with one's body, soul and spirit. How will one do that? Desire noble things for oneself and others. Practice humility, compassion, and helpfulness. Cause no harm to any being intentionally. Always listen to the right and truthful guidance of the spirit within. If one would do that, we will not err. Give up pride, give up the desire for name, fame, glory. Otherwise this will be the sign of doom for the spirit and soul. Millions of them have done that. That is why the world today is the way it is. Recognize every moving flesh is the habitation of one little spark of the Creative Love, and at all costs one should not cause any disturbances or harm. Everybody and every being has the right to experience their freedom by the Creator. We (humans) have no right to interfere with anyone's freedom of existence.
Give up selfishness, have control over the bodily and metal impulses which can interfere with others around one. Desire and live for One day, not knowing whether the tomorrow will be ours. If this is the case, one's soul will be always in perspiration. And this perspiration will be Part of the Life Force Perspiration. Seek to know and experience everything that is available through our heart, intellect, divine mind, and physical mind. Take what is good and noble and live. This way one's inner world and outer world will be a good one.
